Damgate Cottage is a wonderfully characterful terraced property, situated in Wymondham, near Norwich. With three bedrooms, a king-size double, a twin and a single, as well as a family bathroom, it is ideal for friends and families. The rest of the house comprises an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Just a short walk to Wymondham market and abbey, Damgate Cottage is a great touring base.
Accommodation
Gas central heating with electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray player, selection of DVDs, books and games, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Parking behind cottage in public car park (parking permit provided by owner). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Cottage stairs are steep, and may be unsuitable for the young or infirm. Note: The stairgate is for use at any of the bedroom doorways and not the stairs due to the width at the top. |
